Reader's Theatre

Reader's Theatre....

This term we have been working on reading widely and fluently.

By reading widely we mean reading lots of different genres such as poetry, fiction, non-fiction, sci fi etc etc
We have read School Journals in groups (reciprocal reading) and now we have moved on to Reader's Theatre.
In reader's theatre we read School Journal plays and present them.
It has been great fun. Everyone is engaged in the activity. Here are some photos from today's theatre...

Today at Whanau time 7 students from T4 were "amplified".
